My iPhoto is a bit weird at the moment, so if the photo isn't showing up, I'm sorry. :(
Anyways, for these moody nails, I used a base of Claire's Cosmetics, then drew faces using an Art Deco Black. The tongue on the thumb is N.Y.C. Big Apple Red.
